What's the secret to Success on the court?

Nope, it's not just practicing your moves all day. It's not always thinking about the game nor "never being satisfied"as you might hear or see in the media.

To be successful requires mental focus and presence on the court and off the court.

I'm sure you're Familiar with the saying, "90% of performance is mental"

When I played highschool and college basketball I was often told I had all the skills but the mental side wasn't there. Nobody knew how to teach it. It wasn't until I began studying about the mind myself that I learned how to make it work in harmony with my skills.


Your mind is a powerful tool and can be your best friend. I want to show you how to use it so you can improve your life on the court and off the court 

Cultivating focus and presence can be difficult. It takes practice. You need to change your behaviors to ultimately improve your mindset to improve your game.

You need a plan and someone to be accountable to, because when challenges present themselves, it’s easy to get blown off course and left struggling to improve.

Success starts with a plan…

  • Your training should be made up of activities you enjoy and activities that energize you.

  • Performance is about how you approach the game - physically, mentally, and spiritually.

  • Rather than following a set of strict rules or exerting yourself with physical training. Learn a different path.

What You Get - The Specifics

  • One-to-One Consults (60 min) - In Person or Online via Zoom/Face Time with myself, Solomon Berezin.

  • Personalized Guided Meditation/Visualization Exercises (about 10 - 20 min in length) and Resources to deepen your understanding of why it works.

  • Activities and Journal prompts designed to create your vision and build awareness on what you truly desire

  • Email or Text Support- you’ll receive weekly goals, targets and strategies to achieve them.

  • Weekly Insights - a response from me to your personal questions by the end of the business day

  • Weekly Lessons - articles, interviews and/or videos related to your weekly task to help understand the ‘why’.

  • Movement & Nutrition Counseling -  Although we'll focus on the mindset, we will take a holistic approach incorporating your physical performance and nutrition as well.

 

The Mind∙Set∙Go program is all about mastering the fundamentals of your mindset, so you can feel better, focus, and perform your best.

What I Need From You

On the Mind∙Set∙Go program, you’ll receive 1-1 coaching, support, education and a kick in the butt when you need it.

Now here’s what I expect from you.

In order to be successful, you need to be:

  • Ready to take action

  • Motivated

  • Coachable

  • Prepared for deep learning (i.e. problem-solving the challenges)

  • Make time for yourself and your health

That’s it. If you can commit to that, I can commit to providing you with simple, actionable mindfulness and lifestyle strategies that can help transform your life.
